Sweet Sammy celebrated his first birthday this past weekend. A small gathering of friends and family shared in his very first smash cake! Sam's mom asked me to help her create a woodland themed invitation for their Sammy bear. She wanted a modern, rustic look around teal + lime featuring woodland animals. I prepared a couple of options for them but in the end, we went with watercolored woodland creatures purchased off Etsy with small party hats in the party colors. Woodland creatures were added throughout party decorations to create a cohesive theme.
Overall, this modern woodland theme elevated the traditional 1st birthday and created timeless photos the family will enjoy for generations.
